  • You can access the schedules under the “MESSAGE CENTER” box on the left column of the homepage, or by clicking on the “SCHEDULES" link at the top of the page.
  • Games are 25 minutes each, and we’ll be starting them every half hour, to the best of our abilities.
  • We’re asking for your help to keep on this tight schedule. Players need to be ready to step on the field ready to play each game, on time.

RULES

  • Please review the official rules (Click "RULES" up top).
  • Grades 2-8 play 3v3 and Grades 9-12 play 2v2 (no goalkeeper at any age) with a maximum roster of 6.

  • 3. Stay on this highway for almost two miles and turn left (west) onto SE 19th Street (There is a stop light at SE 19th Street. A Kum & Go convenience store will be on your right).
  • 4. After turning left onto SE 19th Street, take an immediate right onto SE Gateway Drive and follow this road north for a quarter-mile.

FRIDAY-NIGHT TEAMS ARE INVITED TO SLEEP AT THE U

  • Teams playing on Friday night are welcome to spend the night at The U.
  • This is new this year, in consideration of out-town-teams that do not want to drive home in the night, and also do not want to spend money on hotel rooms.
  • If your team is interested in spending the night, please give us the head’s up at team check-in.
  • The U requires that each team staying overnight has at least one, responsible adult chaperone.
  • If spending the night at The U, please bring your own bedding (sleeping bags, air mattresses, pillows, blankets).
  • Lights will go out by 3 a.m., and we’ll ask our overnight guests to be on the road by 8 a.m., when our first teams for Saturday morning will be arriving.
  • Sorry, The U does not have shower facilities.

MERCHANDISE

  • Custom-order tournament apparel will be available from our friends at Fine Designs.
  • They’re planning on having their merchandise store open these hours: o   Friday from 6:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. o   Saturday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. At check-in, your team will receive a coupon for each team member, saving you $3 on your merchandise order.

CONCESSIONS

  • New this year, healthier options from “Mixed” (salads and wraps) will be available.

AWARDS

  • Medals go to all players on teams that finish first or second in their respective divisions.
  • Still, our goal is to focus less on the wins and losses, and more on the FUN side of playing soccer indoors when it’s freezing outside.
  • We encourage participants to get in the creative spirit of Kick around the Clock.
  • Team awards will be given out for the following categories:
  • o   Best Team Name
  • o   Friendliest Team (“Sportsmanship Award”)
  • o   Craziest Hair
  • o   Coolest Uniforms

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

  • Our big goal is to HAVE FUN.
  • Sportsmanship and safety are more important than winning.
  • Please be kind to everyone at all times.

Thanks for being part of the awesomeness at Kick around the Clock!
